Born and raised in Central Arkansas, I began pursuing my love of acting in in the warmth of my parents living room. With a captive audience, and a captive cast of siblings and cousins, I wrote, directed and starred in my own mini productions of beloved movies, from the Wizard of Oz to The Phantom of the Opera. Although my high school didn't offer a drama program I began participating in a yearly fine arts competition and found that I had a love of performing in front of an audience. Upon entering college I was soon drawn to the fine arts building and finally to the stage! After receiving my AFA at Arkansas State University-Beebe and my BA from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith I made my way to URTA auditions in Chicago where I found the Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House MFA Acting program. Weeks later, on my birthday, I received an offer and in April of 2016 I will officially complete my MFA!
